Civil Code and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as
amended (“Consumer Protection Act”).
2/ Ordering Goods and Conclusion of the Agreement
Goods can be ordered through the e-shop of TEPfactor 1.,
s.r.o. An order represents the buyer’s proposal to conclude an agreement, the
subject of which will be the delivery of the goods specified in the order, under the conditions stated therein and in
these T
A condition for a valid electronic order is the completion of all
prescribed data and requirements specified in the order form.
Submitting an order is binding! An email accepting the order will be sent to the email address provided in the order
within 48 hours. The order is also
a proposal for a purchase agreement, where the purchase agreement itself is concluded upon delivery of the
confirmation email from the seller.
The seller reserves the right to refuse the buyer’s order in some cases
(e.g., goods are out of stock, unauthorized order, goods are no longer
manufactured, the buyer orders a large quantity of goods, etc.) and not to conclude the purchase
agreement.
Depending on the nature of the order (quantity of
goods, price, shipping costs, distance, etc.), the seller is always entitled to ask the buyer for
authorization of the order in a suitable manner, e.g., by phone or in writing.
If the buyer refuses to authorize the order in the requested manner, the order is
considered invalid.
3/ Payment Terms
Prices listed on the website www.tepfactor.cz include the relevant
VAT rate and are valid at the time of ordering. The seller reserves the right to
printing errors and price changes in the event of changes in exchange rates, a significant
increase in inflation, or significant changes in supplier conditions for manufacturers
and other suppliers of goods. The purchase price will be considered paid
only upon the crediting of the entire purchase price to the seller’s account or payment in
cash upon receipt of the goods (at the seller’s cash desk or upon delivery of goods
by cash on delivery). The seller reserves the right of ownership to the goods until
full payment of the purchase price. The invoice issued on the basis of the purchase agreement
between the seller and the buyer also serves as a tax document and delivery
note. The price of shipping and postage will be added to the price of the goods (see Shipping
and Postage). Delivery of vouchers in electronic form is free of charge.
4/ Delivery Time
For goods paid for by bank transfer, the delivery period begins only
from the full payment of the purchase price, i.e., from the crediting of the relevant amount to the seller’s
account. Goods are sent electronically as soon as the relevant
amount is credited to the seller’s account. The delivery period may be extended
reasonably according to the circumstances if the delay is caused by force majeure or
circumstances not caused by the seller. In the event that the ordered goods are
not in stock or cannot be delivered to the carrier within 14 days, the seller will notify the
buyer of an alternative delivery date or offer another comparable product. In
this case, however, the seller will request the buyer’s prior approval; otherwise, the purchase agreement is cancelled and the buyer is not entitled to any compensation for
damages.

Upon expiration of this validity period, the recipient loses the right to use the gift voucher

The buyer may ask the seller for an explanation of how their personal data
is processed and request that the seller or processor rectify the situation. If the buyer requests information about the processing of their personal
data, the seller is obliged to provide this information.
The buyer has the right to access their personal data, the right to correct it,
including other legal rights to this data. Personal data can be

to any other person. Exceptions are external

extent necessary for the delivery of goods.
Individual purchase agreements are archived by the seller after their conclusion,
in electronic form, and are accessible to the buyer upon request. Consent to the
processing of personal data in the full scope according to this article is not a condition
that would in itself prevent the conclusion of a purchase agreement.
