You don’t. Even though the game might look demanding at first glance, anyone can really do it. You can help each other with every task, and you can also choose one of three difficulty levels. If a certain task doesn’t suit you, we can adjust the number of players who must actively participate in it.
Not at all. TEPfactor isn’t a competition about who is the strongest or most skillful. Every team solves the tasks at their own pace, and most people spend the game mostly laughing. No one will judge you – it’s primarily about the shared experience.
Yes. The last reservations are set up so that you have plenty of time to enjoy the game in peace.
Yes. Safety is our top priority. Our staff is trained and will help you at any time if needed. No one will force you into anything that makes you feel uncomfortable.

Yes. The entire space is equipped with ventilation, and we also use air conditioning during hot days.
The average time to complete the entire game is approximately 3.5 hours, but every team is different. Some groups manage everything in two hours, others take more time. You’ll only find out how fast you are during the game. A 3-hour voucher is optimally set, where you simply pay for any extra time played on-site. No refunds are given for unused time.
You don’t have to worry about that. We have a Satisfaction Guarantee – if you decide within the first 30 minutes that it’s not for you, you can end the game and no one from your team will pay. If you paid for admission in advance via our e-shop, we will refund your money.
Not at all. Feel free to come in the shoes you arrive in. If you want, you can take them off and play in socks or even barefoot. The entire area is carpeted.

Yes! The game is designed to be enjoyed by both experienced players and complete beginners. If you’re stuck on something, our staff will be happy to help.

You only pay for the time actually played.
- Adult: 599 Kč / hour
- Child: 499 Kč / hour
ISIC card holders get a 20% discount on their admission (the discount does not apply to the whole team).

Just two players are enough. The more of you there are, the more fun it is, but you’ll enjoy the game in a pair as well.
Yes. The game combines four types of challenges – physical, logical, skill-based, and patience-based. Not everyone has to complete every task.
If someone is pregnant, has health limitations, a sore knee, or simply doesn’t want to get involved in some physical challenges, we can adjust their game chip so the system doesn’t require their participation in those tasks. They can still be a full member of the team, helping others, planning strategy, or supporting them.
