Extension of validity of an existing voucher

Your previously purchased voucher is automatically extended by 1 month free of charge after its expiration. There is no need to request the extension.

Voucher Validity Extension – CZK 100

This voucher allows you to extend the validity of vouchers you have previously purchased.

The validity of your voucher will be extended by 1 month from the expiration date of your current voucher.

Please note: This extension voucher does not apply to vouchers purchased through Slevomat. It is valid only for vouchers purchased directly on the tepfactor.cz website or e-shop.

If you are unable to use your voucher before it expires, this option is ideal for you so that your vouchers do not go to waste.

You can extend the validity by multiple months by purchasing multiple extension vouchers. When you visit, you must present these extension vouchers together with your original voucher(s).

An extension voucher must be purchased according to the number of people covered by the original voucher.

Examples

1. I have 4 vouchers for 4 hours of play for 1 person each.
→ I purchase 4 extension vouchers (one extension voucher for each person).

2. I have 1 family voucher for 3 hours of play (2 adults + 2 children).
→ I purchase 1 extension voucher (one family voucher requires one extension voucher).

Please print the extension voucher and bring it with you on the day of your reservation.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and receive a refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, the buyer should send the voucher’s EAN code together with their bank account number to obchod@tepfactor.cz.
