Voucher Information

• Admission to the TEPfactor Boyard game for either 1.5 or 3 hours.
• The voucher is valid for 6 months.
• This offer is available exclusively for organized groups of primary and secondary school students, sports clubs, and summer camps. All participants must be under 18 years of age.
• Valid for groups of 15 or more participants.
• The voucher becomes valid the day after purchase.
• Cannot be combined with any other discounts or special offers.
• The game ends automatically once the purchased playing time has expired. Game time cannot be extended.
• Your voucher(s) and tax invoice will be sent electronically to the email address provided as soon as your payment has been received.
• If you do not receive your voucher, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
• Please print your voucher and bring it with you on the day of your reservation.
• The voucher is universal and may be redeemed for any TEPfactor services and products.
• Payment methods: PayU, online credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
• You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and request a refund within 14 days. To request a refund, please email the voucher’s EAN code and your bank account number to obchod@tepfactor.cz.
